There was a small problem with the glazed unit in the door which after site visits, videos and various attempts to get round it, suggested by the suppliers, was replaced as it was a production problem their end. Tom chased it up for us and persevered until we got the outcome we wanted which was a replacement unit. Really happy with the three separate jobs which included completely refitting our house with new windows. Tom even recommended a roofer to fix the top of our bay windows due to previous poor workmanship and happy with his work too.
